Answering the Call for Change in Haiti and Beyond

Given the difficult situation facing the Haitian nation and the world, the poor practices of its people, and its underdevelopment, many individuals had decided that this situation must change. Since this has been part of God’s plan for a long time, He issued two (2) calls: the first in early March 2014 and the second on the 19th of the same month. Since then, we have been working under the name 'VIHAMO: Vision for Haiti and the World.'

A Foundation for Social and Spiritual Transformation in Haiti

The Vision for Haiti and the World Foundation (VIHAMO) is a non-profit organization with a social and spiritual focus, founded by Reverend Pastor Maxo Joseph, assisted by a team of young professionals and multidisciplinary technicians. It aims to contribute to the management and resolution of certain social and economic problems faced by various regions and populations across the country.

VIHAMO has already undertaken and accomplished various activities, including:

Conversion and reintegration of young people (aged 18 to 25) in Cité Soleil who were once involved in banditry.
Significant contribution to the disarmament process initiated in 2004 (weapons recovered in Grand Ravine, Martissant, 'Tibwa,' Delmas 2, and some areas of Cité Soleil were carefully handed over to the Haitian National Police (PNH) in the presence of several media outlets in Haiti).
Ongoing campaigns against delinquency, barbarism, and the phenomenon of zombification in the world, particularly in Haiti.
Over one hundred (100) scholarships have been awarded to young Haitian graduates for university studies in Haiti, Argentina, Venezuela, France, the United States, Cuba, and the Dominican Republic in various fields such as Medicine, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Nursing, Computer Science, etc.
